Lewis Stout is a member of the Directors Guild of America and the Dramatists Guild.  Lewis  has written and directed for stage, film and television, including multiple  productions of his original scripts.  He is the founder of the Hawaii Performing Arts Company and has worked with numerous local, regional, and professional theatres and arts organization as a writer, director, educator and scenic designer. A graduate in theatre from the University of Minnesota and he has also earned an MFA in directing.
